Introduction and Agreement
Welcome to Ofloria. This is the agreement and rules and regulations for visiting our website and buying our affordable luxury scents. By visiting this website and/or buying our products, you accept to abide by and be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Refund & Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy.

Please take the time to read these terms. If you have any disagreement with any of these terms, you should not use our website.

1. Product Information & Disclaimers
1.1 Impression Fragrances & Intellectual Property
Ofloria is expert in impression perfumes Pakistan. Our fragrances are long-lasting, quality scents inspired by top designer fragrances.

Disclaimer: Our perfumes are impressions and have no relation to, are not endorsed by, nor sponsored by the original designer house or their producers. Any mention of a trademark name is only for comparison purposes to inform the customer of the scent profile. We use only the Ofloria brand name in relation to our products.

1.2 Accuracy of Information
We aim to guarantee the accuracy of all descriptions, prices, and ingredients for our high-quality perfumes. Mistakes do happen, though. We have the right to make any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions corrections and to alter or update information or cancel orders if any information proves to be inaccurate at any time without notice.

1.3 Allergens
All our fragrance items have several chemicals and essential oils present in them. By buying our products, you agree that you have read the ingredient details (if made available) and accept all the responsibility for any kind of sensitivity or allergic reaction. We suggest conducting a patch test prior to regular use.

2. Order Processing, Payment, and Cancellation
2.1 Order Confirmation
All orders are acceptance and availability subject. For COD orders, we need mandatory verbal acceptance (by call or message) prior to dispatch. Unconfirmed orders can be cancelled by Ofloria after three attempts at contacting the customer.

2.2 Price and Payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and in addition include taxes applicable. We accept payment through COD and other advance payment options (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash).

2.3 Cancellation of Order
You can cancel your order anytime prior to the order being indicated as shipped and a tracking number having been created. When the order has been shipped, you will need to refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

3. Shipping and Returns
Our delivery time policies, fees, and product return process are controlled by our stand-alone, comprehensive policies:

Returns & Exchanges: Check our 15-Day Refund and Exchange Policy for information on our satisfaction guarantee, return qualification (unopened bottle necessary), and refund processing. 

4. Intellectual Property Rights (Ofloria's Protection)
All materials on this site, including but not limited to the logo of Ofloria, text, graphics, product photographs, videos, and documentation, are owned by Ofloria exclusively and are protected by Pakistani and international law with respect to copyrights.

You may not reproduce, modify, use, or exploit any of the materials without our express written permission.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any other agreements in which we provide you services shall be construed and governed in accordance with The Islamic Republic of Pakistan's laws. Any controversy relating to, arising out of, or in connection with the use of Ofloria's website or products shall be subject to the courts of [Your City, e.g., Karachi/Lahore], Pakistan, and the courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
