1. Coverage of Shipping and Speed

We ship to all towns and cities of Pakistan.

All Other Cities and Remote Areas	3 to 5 Working Days

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (or on the next working day immediately in case ordered over public holiday/weekend).

Confirmation: All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders involve a mandatory confirmation call from our side prior to dispatch. In case we are unable to contact you, the order will be withheld.

Note: Above charges are for standard delivery. Any urgent, same-day request (if there is such an option in your city) will come at an extra cost.

3. Order Tracking and Safety

Tracking Your Order

The instant we dispatch your order, you will be notified via SMS and/or Email with:

The courier company name (e.g., TCS, Trax, Leopard).
Your personal Tracking ID.

You may track your shipping status in real time utilizing the Tracking ID on the courier company website.

Secure Packaging

Perfumes are delicate products. We utilize top-grade, secure packaging such as premium bubble wrap and strong outside cartons to keep items in transit from being damaged. Your satisfaction is our first priority, and all shipments are completely insured against damage at delivery.

4. Delivery Procedure & Payment Methods

Payment Methods

We support the following payment options:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Everywhere.
Advance Payment: Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash (for faster processing).

Delivery Attempt

Our delivery partner will make one delivery attempt to your package. In case you are not available, they will try to reach you through the number you provided. If there are two delivery attempt failures, the package will be sent back to Ofloria. Re-shipment will incur a re-delivery charge.
