We provide a 15-day return or exchange period, from date of receipt of order.
The Golden Rule: Try Before You Open
In order to give you an easy full refund or exchange, we include, with every full-bottle purchase, a complimentary 2.5ml Sample/Tester of the fragrance you've ordered.
Try the smaller sample bottle first.
If you love the scent, then enjoy your full-size bottle!
If you find you don't enjoy the performance or the smell, you are free to return the product for a full refund or exchange, provided that the main 50ml/100ml bottle remains unopened, unused, and its original seal/plastic packaging is still in place.
If the main bottle seal has been opened, we cannot exchange or refund due to hygiene and quality control purposes.

For hygiene and quality control purposes, the below are not exchangeable or returnable:
Opened full-size bottles with intact original seal.
Discovery Sets / Sample Packs (since they are sampled specifically).
Gift Cards and Final Sale products.
How to Begin a Return or Exchange
Just follow these simple steps for a hassle-free and speedy refund process:
Contact Us:
Write to us at [Your Support Email Here] or WhatsApp us at [Your WhatsApp Number Here] within 15 days from receipt. Please give your Order Number and reason for return/exchange.
Wait for Approval: Our Customer Support team will evaluate your request and send a confirmation of approval along with the return shipping address.
Ship the Product: You are to return the product back to Ofloria Head Office via a traceable courier service (e.g., TCS, Leopard). Return postage for a "change of mind" is at the customer's expense.
Refund Processing:
Once the returned product reaches us, we shall notify you of the approval status. Once approved, the refund process shall be initiated within 7-14 working days back to your original payment method (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash).
